Perfect for smash burgers!

Almost perfect for smash burgers. I looked at many ingredients for my smash burgers and settled on this one and it's perfect for my needs! let me explain. I make smash burgers for a small group 1-2 times a month and wanted a multipurpose tool. The good thing about it: He is big and powerful! Thick metal that won't bend. The size is ideal for cakes larger than buns. Has a smooth surface. Many of these types of instruments have holes or patterns. When shredding, the meat is pressed through these holes and makes it difficult for the blade to slip off the schnitzel. There is no edge or edge. This allows me to make the patty as thin and tender as possible. Why isn't she perfect? The handle can be easily machined/sanded. Because of the length, this works best if you use another tool to apply pressure to the spatula as you break it. It's strong enough to just squeeze with a pin, but if I were making daily/weekly smashburgers I'd consider a tool with a handle on top for better leverage. I wanted a tool that could be used repeatedly on a pan/flat surface. So this is perfect for me.
