This skirt is absolute PERFECTION! I've bought so many denim skirts over the years and this is by far my favorite skirt I've ever owned! I cannot put into words how well this skirt fits. Just trust all the reviews and order one size smaller than your usual size. I usually wear a size 6 on all brands, I'm 5'5" and 135lbs. I have another Esteez skirt that I was afraid to order in a smaller size so I went with my usual size 6, although the reviewers said one size smaller.I was too skeptical and didn't want an indiscreet tight skirt that wouldn't be appropriate for church.Mistake.I still love this skirt but the waist is so big.So I decided on another in size 4. it fits like a glove! It fits but not in a bad way. I still feel modest without being matronly or sloppy. The back slit is very small which I like. I usually try to staying away from the incision but this one isn't as long as many of them so that's not a problem for me the tummy control panel is so great especially for this mom of 6 it fits everything smooths out and smooths out any unwanted ones bumps without squeezing or forming buns. I like that it's more of a high waisted skirt that sits closer to my waist than my hips. It's so cute but at the same time the most comfortable skirt I've ever worn. I love the dark fabric and plan to order light denim soon! Just take the plunge and order one size smaller than what you normally wear. You won't regret this skirt! (Update. Just bought a second one in a different color and both are great, the light denim one looks a bit tighter/skinnier in the knees)
