I like that it has many features for inventory tracking. It allows me to track my assets whether they are paper or electronic documents, whether its an asset bought from our office supply store or one we have purchased online. It also provides excellent search options allowing us to find exactly what we need quickly without having to go through pages of data. Sometimes you can get lost when trying to navigate between different parts of your organization's business process flow charting out where all of the resources come into play within certain departments/areas of operation /business units etc. This makes managing those relationships easier if there seems to be any confusion about who handles which part of project implementation. Also sometimes navigating this software can seem overwhelming at first so some users just stick to excel tables until their comfortable enough to move over here.
