I like that they offer different ways to get alerts for your city so you can be aware if there are any issues or emergencies going around town (or even at home).

It's easy enough when using this app/program but could use more options such as being able to customize what type of alert notifications would best suit my needs! Having multiple apps makes managing everything easier than one program alone which was nice since we have several departments here with us working together and having them manage their own things has helped keep everyone organized. Being notified by phone calls via text messages helps make sure our team knows how important something really is without always needing someone physically present over top of each situation before taking action.
