I like this chair but watch out for flaws.

Ok, that's my full review of this chair. I bought it for the first time in early March and have been using it for about a month. Pros: The comfort of this chair is the best it has. I can sit in it for hours and not move. The pillow is very firm yet flexible enough not to be too hard on you. The back of the chair is also very nice. I've never been a fan of lumbar pillows, so I can't comment on that. Everything you can do with this chair is amazing: push the armrests inward, sideways, up, down, you name it, they do it. There are so many adjustable things in this chair that I really like it. The Bad: Sometime between late April and early May, the hydraulic chairlift began to lose pressure while I was on it. No I wasn't rough with it dammit, after my first setup I never used it again. but he kept sinking. Thanks to Revain's extended return policy during the pandemic, I was able to replace the chair. My problem was that it got bad a few days after a full month. We're going at the end of June and this chair hasn't made it yet. My problem is that it happened. I'm sure the company would have sent a replacement, but still. Without this problem I would have given 5 stars. but it was so annoying to sort that out, I swore at least a hundred and fifty times.

Pros
  • Patented Outlast technology for optimum temperature control.
Cons
