Repeat customer! in my review

Well made, heavy gauge, non-stick. The slide-on lid fits properly (another brand that I returned had flimsy metal lids that I had to bend to fit). After buying 2 of these Monfish, I got another one later. These have quite the capacity (1Kg). Bake with lid for square bread, without lid to get a dome top.
