I rarely leave negative reviews but I don't have much experience with this mic or with Deity's customer service. I did a lot of research before buying this mic and I really wanted to like it. When it arrived it only worked once. After that I couldn't turn on the green light and I couldn't get it to work with any device like iPhone, iPad, computer, audio interface etc. I contacted Deity customer service and although they were quick to respond, the advice was to contact the seller. So I contacted Revain to try and troubleshoot and they told me to send it back. I also didn't feel I should spend money on new batteries as I just received the product and only had it one day. So I sent it back and bought a Rode SmartLav. It's a shame as I really wanted to love Deity but didn't have much experience with their products or their lack of support.
