What I like best about this app are its ease of use as well as ability for me to keep track of all my referrals from different sources (Facebook ads/email campaigns). Some features could be improved such as having more information available regarding each student's progress through the application process. Also it would help if they had some sort of "dashboard" view where we can see who has submitted applications so far, which ones have not yet been reviewed by admissions officers etc., or maybe even just at what point applicants will likely receive notification whether they've made it into consideration for admission. It helps us stay organized with our referral network! We're able to send out multiple emails per day via MailChimp using various templates depending upon the type of prospect being referred - high school vs college prospects, alumni connections, parents' testimonials, social media mentions, etc. This also allows us to tailor messages accordingly since most people don't want generic mass email.
