There is a severe inconsistency with this product and it is soooo disappointing. I purchased hair from this vendor in February of 2020, i was satisfied with how much came in each pack and the volume though i did not receive the color i ordered it turned out beautiful. It was 18 inches as described and in the picture you can see it went just past my butt. This past month or so i ordered hair again but this time i received the correct color but the length was not the same. The hair is coming mid back instead of past my butt as before. Not just that, but the bundles of hair were lighter and had less hair than before. I am so disappointed because i am in love with this color but not satisfied with my length. I don’t know if i would even purchase again due to these inconsistencies. I spent money on this hair just to not like it and that’s the worst of it all. It would look beautiful if it was the length it was supposed to be.
