My son has about 150 swimming medals plus over 100 ribbons (and counting). I needed something permanent with hooks big enough to hold 50+ medals each. To be honest I think each of them can easily hold around 75-100 honey. These hangers are very stable and well made. Comes with a set of screws and a good screwdriver. Fast delivery, well packed. I bought one and then two more a few months later. A great experience every time. I highly recommend. What I did: I bought a strip of wool from Lowe and applied a few coats of paint to it. I measured to see where the wall studs were and where to place the screws and metal bracket. I used heavy pan head screws to attach the board to the studs. I then used the included set of screws to attach the hangers to the board.
