It's been difficult but worth staying patient
I like that we have access to all our files in one place which makes it easy for us to use at home or when working remotely with clients.
The program is not very user friendly so there are many things you need help figuring out how to do before getting real value from using this system. We love having everything available online allowing me to work anywhere without needing physical copies of documents. This has also allowed my team members who don't live near each other more flexibility and time together during meetings.
Pros
- It also has been fairly easy to make changes and add documents
Cons
- It is difficult to navigate on the screen and it took a long time for them to develop a proper user tutorial, so it has taken a lot of time and a lot of support from the consultants
