I bought one of these to see if one or both of my Boston Terriers would like it more than their trundle beds. The short answer is yes! Immediately after unpacking, the tabby jumped in to take a nap. That night they both took turns using it, and the next morning the dominant was in. So I figured it would be best to order another one so everyone has one. But I went to a *competitor* company and bought a similar one, only a few dollars cheaper, but very different. This bed has good durable filling and small rubber dots on the bottom to keep it from sliding on the floor. The padding at the bottom of the bed is firm but soft and the dog has enough support without touching the hard floor. The competitor's bed upholstery was much less firm and you could really feel the floor under the bed. The fluffy fabric on the competitor's bed was not of the best quality and there were no rubber dots to hold the bed in place. I really didn't expect such a difference in quality. I will return another bed and order another of these beds. Highly recommended!
