I bought this product because at $31.99 the item looked like a good value (please note that it was significantly overpriced at the time of writing this article). , not $31.99). But there is no such good price when the low quality of the product makes it unsatisfactory and the manufacturer ignores my contacts. The keyboard is often not recognized by my computer when it starts up. As a result, I have to go under the table, unplug the USB and plug it back in for the keyboard to work. When I emailed the manufacturer about this as stated in the instructions, he unkindly ignored me. I then visited their website, contacted support and got a response. In response I was asked to provide the Revain part number, although I had already done so when contacting the manufacturer. After I gave the order number for the second time, the manufacturer again ignored me. I've never had product support. Here you have the 18-month warranty that the manufacturer previously boasted about. In addition, the "gaming mouse" has too few gaming buttons and cannot be programmed, which makes it suboptimal for gaming. The mouse should only be considered as a temporary non-gaming backup when your real gaming mouse breaks and you are waiting for a replacement.
