Customer service not good
I bought 2 of these and they sounded great until one stopped working very upset and when you call support you start running they tell you that you have to deal with Revain, and Revain tells you to deal with the company! I installed both on a brand new 2 din stereo with separate amp kits and they sounded AMAZING but stopped working after 5 months! Won't do anything, I've checked fuses, swapped wire connections and RCA plugs and I've got nothing, maybe it's a defective unit because the other one still works and sounds perfect, I just wish there was better customer service.
