Decent sound quality and actually some bass when playing music. It wasn't always easy to connect when they were off on an incoming call. If they were included, it was connected immediately. The biggest problem is that the wires started fraying from the 2nd month. They were still working with frayed wires, but then one side didn't come out very far, and a few days later the other side did the same. This is the 3rd or 4th pair of different retractable headsets I've tried and the retractable part just doesn't last very long. Maybe try a more expensive pair and see how they hold up. Won't buy this again. Luckily they were under warranty but the seller/manufacturer made me go to Amazon to return them which took a little time and Revain made an exception by taking them back and refunding me the money although the 30-day return window was long gone.
