Review on Pawfinity by Lawrence Allison

I have been using this program for about two years now to track clients that come into my veterinary office from out-of town homes (it tracks when they arrive at our clinic). It has also served as an excellent communication tool between myself & veterinarian team members! We can see if there are any issues regarding their visit through tracking visits via GPS location data along w/client info entered upon arrival. This service is one way only - no calls made by owner nor texts sent back / forth during sessions unless you set it up yourself manually priorly which we haven't done yet but will probably do so soon because its such convenient system!! I like that they are very easy to set up and use. The customer service is helpful and friendly. There isn't anything I dislike about them. I would recommend using them for any pet care business. They help keep track of clients and appointments and makes it so much easier to do all the paperwork at once instead of doing each one individually.
