Overall the unit looks very well built and solved my problem of having a bike and trailer carrier at the same time. Others have indicated that their accessories do not fit the top tube. I found that true. I also found the reason and the solution. The reason lies in the manufacturing process which causes the area around the pin hole to be slightly indented. This is likely caused by too much pressure on the tool that drilled the hole. If you want to salvage a unit (because it's not easy to find), you can repair it in three ways. 1) Sand the accessory until it fits. This is the easiest option, but your accessory may be hanging on a different hitch. 2) File the area around the pin hole on the inside of the tube. This is a good option, but filing can take time and the tube will open and rust. 3) Press the dent back out using a 5/8 inch bolt and nut. (I did this). slightly open thread to line it up on the other side. Then use a large hammer (1 lb+) to land several (10) hard hits on the bolt. Move the bolt to the other side and repeat the process. Check the fit of your accessory. and repeat the process until the accessory fits. After a few laps I can mount my bike rack in the tube. Finally, please remember to measure your application before ordering this device. A lot of the low star ratings are because the man didn't measure at first and later realized it didn't fit the way he wanted. That's not the fault of the units, it's the fault of the customers who didn't measure first. You should rate yourself with a low star.
