UPDATE (I've had it for months now): It doesn't disappoint! I get great results with this! Equal if not better than the professional treatments I have used. better, because having it at home allows me to do quick spot touch-ups on small areas that were missed or didn't grow actively in the initial treatment, if needed. I have very thick, coarse hair and this thing gets rid of it with no problem. I am very impressed! Worth every penny. So far I am very satisfied with this IPL device. I've spent a lot of time researching at-home IPL hair removal and found that this option has been recommended several times as a more economical yet effective option. It arrived very well packaged with very detailed instructions. It feels good and doesn't look like a cheap fake. I did professional laser hair removal a few years ago and it worked well. but after 20 years i have offspring and a few new areas that i would like to treat as well. From this experience I can tell you that it was very similar to the treatment I received at the salon once upon a time and although I've only just started using it I honestly expect the same results as from a professional treatment.
