They work well and are worth the price. My biggest complaint is that bleach stains are difficult to remove from teeth. I don't know what's in that stuff and I'd rather not swallow it. Before that I used white Crest strips and the dirt washes off with a simple mouthwash. They require me to wipe my teeth with a tissue, etc. to clean them. However, they bleach just as well as Crest and are a lot cheaper.
