I would order one size smaller
Bought youth small for 7 years, just over 4 feet tall, 45 pounds. The shirt is quite big and she bathes in it. I had to buy a very small one. The color is excellent and bright and the material is nice and soft and thick. Good quality in general, just the size is much larger than usual.
