I am very satisfied with the purchase of this bag. It can be carried in two ways: as a shoulder bag or as a backpack. It's easy to switch between carrying two ways, the second photo shows what the straps look like when wearing this as a backpack. I can comfortably fit my 13-inch MacBook Air, wallet, laptop, sunglasses, some granola bars, and keys (there's a keychain inside, which is nice too). I still have room and could fit a smaller and thinner water bottle (like a Swell bottle instead of a Nalgene bottle). However, there is no separate pocket for a water bottle. There isn't a separate pocket for your computer, but I have a thin fabric laptop case that fits in a bag. If you have a computer larger than 13 inches or a larger/sturdier computer case, it will likely be undersized depending on what else you want to carry around. However, Sherpani offers a larger version of this bag! After all, it's trendier/trendier. The straps aren't padded, which is fine with me, but I also knew I wanted a bag that didn't feel like a traditional backpack.
