Review on ARHIKY by Seth Bushey

Unfortunately, my expectations for ARHIKY's web shop were not met. Although the website's design is intuitive and its selection is extensive, we were not completely satisfied with our purchases. Although I found the prices to be fair, I was disappointed to receive a few of the items I had purchased. Thin and flimsy, with low-quality threads, the textiles were obviously cheap. Another annoyance was that many of the goods shown on the website were actually unavailable. The situation was made much worse by the unhelpful and unresponsive nature of customer support. The answers I received to my inquiries were vague and unhelpful, and they did little to address my concerns. Not only was shipping sluggish, but the box it came in was flimsy as well. It was very disappointing that several of the things I ordered arrived broken because of poor packaging. In sum, I would not suggest ARHIKY's online store to anyone looking for high-quality goods and attentive service. The wide selection of goods offered here has the potential to be a veritable utopia for creative types, but this potential remains unrealized until the quality of the products and the level of service provided by the staff increases.
