Review on JJC Flower 70 200Mm Lenses Replaces by Haji Anderson

While this item fits the Canon 70-200mm USM L IS f4 lens, it is not attached to the lens itself in every installation. Whenever the hood is switched to the storage position, it seems to lock in that position. I believe it's just a manufacturing tolerance with the plastic tabs on the hood. The lens hood seems to be quite well made and the color is pretty darn close to Canon's off-white. Unlike genuine Canon covers, there is no felt material to combat ghosting/light. The inside of the hood is black, which should theoretically solve this problem. This issue is the reason for giving 3/5 stars. I need this hood to ensure a tighter fit and to protect the lens element. I have an original Canon lens hood on my 24-105mm L lens, so I have little experience with this accessory. I give JJC credit for making a pretty decent lens hood, especially for the price.
