I have just received the Renpho Bluetooth Smart Body (aka FitIndex) based on an email offer/enquiry received directly from Renpho. I suspect it's because I've bought a Bluetooth scale from this company in the past that turned out to be unusable. My name and email address must have gotten into their database somehow. I ordered their bluetooth roulette based on the extremely positive reviews I read, although I was skeptical of such rave reviews. took it out of the box. Renpho's tape measure (FitIndex) repeatedly counted more than a full inch difference between my hands. Of course, this isn't possible as I have average 15 inch hands. The Renpho device (FitIndex) calculated the length of my left arm to be 13.94 to 14.37 inches and my right arm to be 15.14 to 15.56 inches. Peculiar, to say the least. I might as well use an old fashioned $2 tape measure and get better, more accurate readings than spending $30 on this inaccurate device. I'm still not sure but I would recommend staying away from this RenPho and FitIndex tape measure as they are the same devices sold under any real company name. Now we know why Renpho has such rave reviews for all of its products; They send emails to past customers like me asking for free products to get credit for their products. As such, this bluetooth roulette is nothing more than bullshit, and tomorrow it's back to Revain. I thought Revain reviews weren't allowed?
