I initially liked this product. I used it to carry a cross I was given as a child. Sentimental value that I never want to lose. I would put it on and take it off every day. After five months it became more of a struggle. The shutter was difficult to close and turn, and it became uncomfortable to use. After about six months it connects, but breaks at the slightest movement. So if you just want to hang it on something that never moves, you're in. It's better to invest in a more durable item if you carry pendants that you don't want to lose.
