Good price good for decoration

I used it for my daughter's 5th birthday. The pom poms were boring but simple and beautiful. Be sure to take the time to assemble the pom poms and banner and separate the ceiling swirls ahead of time. I took off 1 star because the curls broke easily and the hooks were difficult. Overall this is a good buy and looks good even if some of the curls are broken.
