A Horrible Attempt at Purchasing from the Frylr Online Store

Recently, I made a purchase from the online store owned by Frylr, and the entire process was a complete and utter nightmare. To begin, their website is difficult to use, and it took me an inordinate amount of time to obtain the information that I required. After that, when I at last got around to placing my order, I was taken aback by how long it took for the shipment to arrive. Even though I paid extra for expedited delivery, it took about a month for my products to be delivered to me even though I had paid for it. When the furniture was delivered, I found that the quality did not live up to my expectations. The furniture was manufactured poorly and did not resemble the photographs on their website in any way, despite the company's assertions that it was of a high quality and would last a long time. My home office desk that I ordered was rickety, and the drawers didn't slide as smoothly as they should have. In addition, I ordered kitchen cabinets that were not only difficult to put together but also did not fit together correctly. In general, I found shopping at the Frylr online store to be a really frustrating and unpleasant experience. A purchase from their online store is not something that I would ever encourage anyone else to do. The things they sell have a bad quality, and the amount of time it takes to transport them is too long. Avoid the trouble and go shopping somewhere else instead.

Pros
  • Designs that are aesthetically pleasant in appearance.
Cons
  • There may be delays in the shipping process.
