Ease of use is very helpful in this industry since we're dealing with sensitive data for our customers. I like that it's not super expensive but also easy to see exactly what you are paying for each month, so there isn't an unexpected surprise at renewal time! Some options could be expanded (such as storage space), but overall great product from their customer support team through sales people during trial period. We were looking more into long-term solutions and value compared to monthly cost which was important given how budget heavy our operations are. The customer service is great and it is very easy to use. The price is very affordable. I would say the only thing I dislike is the support staff. They are not very helpful and are very slow to respond. The support staff is very slow and sometimes it takes them forever to respond. I would definitely recommend Tiggee to anyone looking for a cheap and reliable web host. I use Tiggee to host my website.
