Review on The Factory by Ryan Saxton

I worked at The Factory for about 3 years as an Architect, and the team was always supportive and helpful when tackling any issues.The documentation is quite poor, and is also very outdated (lots of examples are from 2013). We were using this tool to migrate our Oracle applications to AWS, but I would not recommend it due to the lack of documentation. It took us 2 months just to get one simple function done without any help. Also, there were no customer success or support teams who could assist with questions. You have to figure everything out yourself. No support other than what is in the documentation/wiki. Also, the product owner did not want to pay for support, so we had to do it ourselves. Migrating our DB data into S3 - it took us 2 weeks just to setup one table, and we only completed 20% of the project by the end of it.
