Great idea. Why didn't they think of that sooner. Over the years I've trimmed the excess with wire cutters and they always leave sharp corners for you to scratch. I use them professionally. These are truly hand rolled "tool free" and yes, they cut them at the head of the tie so the finished product is a neatly fitting "scratch free" tie. Works great and looks great. I would really like to see more relevant information in these lists. For anyone interested, and that's probably all. These are 50 packs of cable ties. They are 11" long and secure from a 3/8" minimum bun to a 3" maximum bun. You can use them with a cable tie tensioning tool, but the built in cutter works better than the tool. It's both Designed for both indoor and outdoor use as it contains UV stabilizers in a 6/6 nylon formula However, the maximum tensile strength is 50lbs and this is the standard indoor rating Suitable for outdoor use Degradation in performance due to environmental exposure.Minimum operating temperature 32 F. Max 185 F. (0-85 C.) They're a little more expensive than the non-cutter versions, a little ($1.50 or so) I consider this small and will choose them every time They can end up becoming a standard problem for an inline cutter. My only question that I haven't found answers to or haven't been able to verify is what the metal cutter is made of. I hope it doesn't rust, in this F all it will limit some installations that might have problems. old and still not rusted. So far so good. But UV, rain, temps and time will put it better. Initial rating: 5 stars for quality and innovation.
