I am pleasantly surprised with these shoes. I had another pair that I wore to ballroom dancing classes and my teacher told me they were too big as the toes in dancing shoes had to almost touch the floor. This size 5 does this in contrast to the other size 5. This suggests that the manufacturer either understands how dance shoes should fit (small) or they simply run small. They fit me anyway and I've ordered another pair in a different color. Can't beat the price!
