Excellent product for all body sizes

This light works great. Another review said it didn't work for her because of her ample breasts. Well, I'm gifted too and I don't have a problem with light. I think if you want to see straight down on your knees you can, but when I'm hand sewing and knitting I keep my hands a little higher. It's also bendable so I can direct the light where I want. I haven't run out of battery yet, even after a few hours of use. It fits in the same charger as my phone so I charge it during the day when my phone is in use and my phone charger is free at night. I honestly forget I'm wearing it because it's so light. And I have severe neck arthritis so that was a problem. I can't hang anything heavy around my neck, otherwise it hurts. That light doesn't bother me at all. It doesn't get hot at all either. The only thing I would change is the position of the power buttons. It's easy to accidentally turn it on when you pick it up or put it in your pocket. So I have to check if it's not checked if I don't want it. Everything else is perfect so far! I've only had them for a few days so I don't know about durability. But I've been using it for 5+ hours every night so far and haven't had any issues. I am very happy with it.
