The cups stuck together (melted/melted)

These cups were very difficult to separate. This was NOT a weather/heat issue - many of the mugs appear to have been melted by the supplier. Some were so fused together that I had to reuse two cups. This error cost me a lot of time when trying to serve customers. The overall quality of the mug was satisfactory, but time and money are wasted using two mugs at the same time and discarding damaged mugs when trying to take them apart. A bit sad.
