From my perspective as a product manager, AKNES has fallen short of my hopes and objectives. When compared to competitors, Nintendo's Nintendo Switch and its peripherals fall short. There was an abnormally high fault rate in the Switch consoles they provided me, and the accessories were readily broken. The lack of assistance from AKNES's customer care just made things worse. We experienced long wait times and evasive answers when we tried to resolve the problem with the defects and returns. Frustration mounts when a business demonstrates a lack of interest in assisting its clientele. If you're seeking for high-quality gaming gear, stay away from AKNES. Quality and support for customers are both subpar. As a product manager, I would advise you to look elsewhere for products of the same or higher quality.
