We bought this gun and a disposable ear piercer. The pistol has much more power. I tried using the adjustment part but it didn't help much. It definitely got the job done, but I had trouble getting the gun to release the earring after it had already passed through my earlobe. There are no instructions and I have a feeling everything but the ear will be very painful.
