I bought a JSAUX 1.2 DP cable to replace this cable and it's much better for around the same price so I recommend buying this one instead. This Revain cable is for display port cables only. took about 6 mouths running through my monitor's built in cable manager before shorting out. It wasn't in a very tough use case, it never kinked, the tightest bend was about 3 inches. The short circuit was only caused by turning it by hand with the monitor several times a day for 6 months. Previously, the cable worked fine at 1440p 120Hz, so this cable is good for non-moving operation. This cable would be fine if it was around $8, but there are much better $12 cables out there. I bought a JSAUX 1.2 DP cable to replace this cable and I can't believe these two cables are roughly the same price, there is no comparison in build quality.
