Works as advertised. Plug and Play (well, plug in and download games THEN play). Reduces download times from internal drives and gives you an extra 500GB of storage in the age of digital downloads and GamePass. Best of all, it's solid-state so you don't have to worry about damaging moving parts, and the cable is built-in so you don't lose it when you're out gaming. It's a bit silly that some retailers charge more for this version of the drive than the standard non-Xbox-branded version. They are in fact the same because once you connect to the Xbox it still formats the drive you want to use. If the white body and XBox logo are worth paying more for, then by all means go for this one. If not, you can look for the same WD drive in a plain black version of the case. Either way, this is a great SSD that works as intended, which is why it gets five stars!
