I had basic crochet storage prior to purchase and just received some thick crochet hooks with crochet handles so I needed more storage for those large crochet hooks. The size of my hooks varies from 2.0mm to 10.0mm. In this case there is plenty of storage space for the hooks, but the slots are too small to accommodate these larger, thicker handle hooks. Another reviewer removed the stitching between the two hook holes, so I decided to do the same. It worked out well in the end, although I'd love to see a crochet bag like this in the future, but with slots for easy stashing of thick/large needles. And because of my modifications with removing some stitching, I may have shortened the time it takes to replace this case due to unfinished sewing. I would also like to see a section for storing sharp and blunt yarn needles. I adjusted it by inserting sharp pins through the elastic into the slots on the back (see third photo).
