Review on 🍪 Waring Commercial WCO500X Half Size Pan Convection Oven - Efficient 120V, 5-15 Phase Plug Performance by Jodi Johnson

This is my second oven of this brand and in the same size. The other one was about 10 years old and I left it at home when I sold it and moved. The new location has a nice, relatively new, full sized oven and hob that works well. But I missed the convenience of this item so I bought a new one. CONS: If I had known the quality wasn't what it used to be, I wouldn't order these again. First, the fan makes a lot more noise that I can't stand and so I'm losing convection. Second, the pan and grates are so rough and difficult to put in, not at all as easy as the old one. Third, it seems to be taking an unusually long time. just to warm up. Fourth: The metal is so thin. which continues to make unnecessary noise when cooling or heating when heating and cooling. Pretty embarrassing. PRO: Bakes well once to temperature and seems to hold a good temperature. I have not yet used a thermometer to measure accuracy. Appearance, still looks beautiful, like the old one. The bright inner light shines brighter than the old one. Recommended with reservations. EDIT APRIL 22. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. THIS OVEN STARTED CUTTING IN THE MIDDLE OF BAKING, EVEN AT 350 DEGREES. IF THE DOOR IS OPENED AND THEN CLOSED, THE OVEN WILL TURN ON AGAIN. I THINK THIS MEANS THAT IT WAS DEVELOPED IN A SHORT TIME (FAST SHORT TIME AFTER PURCHASE) AND IS NO LONGER SECURE.
