Wrong size? But nicely done. My 11 lb dog SHOULD be able to wear a size small given her measurements (9.5" neck, 15" chest) but the two ends didn't even reach around her! So I couldn't hook the velcro. It's meant to fit a 9.5" neck and 14-16" chest, but the tether strap measures only 15.5" from end to end, including the Velcro area! (Pet approximately 11-13" in circumference). Bought based on numerous 4 and 5 star ratings and great comments It seems to be a good harness - soft, durable and well made - so I'll trade it in for a medium one and hope for the best I'm worried that the seat belt I received is actually very small and was just mislabeled as small.I'm not sure what to do based on the positive feedback from many reviewers on the sizing chart.Accuracy.
