Review on Listen360 by Brian Diaz

I have been impressed with this product since we started using it at my old company (now acquired by another) which also used listen 360! All of our clients love us - they can't stop raving about how much easier it is to find what they are looking for now that it's all in one place. That being said, as an employer myself I could see some improvements here and there. For example, the fact that you need to login every time when switching between different types/categories of data needs to be addressed. This has become more apparent as we move forward from basic listings and moving towards other features like maps and graphs. It would definitely benefit any business who wants to give their users easy access to information regarding your products/services or even just to let them know where you're located. Not only does listening provide great customer service but it allows me to use the service effectively without needing to hire someone fulltime to do.
