I'm a tough reviewer so when I say this product WORKS and give it a 5 star rating I mean it! We have a kitten who is now 10 weeks old and is literally nervous. I bought this tape about 3 weeks ago and IT STAYS on whatever surface I stick it to. If at first she doesn't know it's there, ONLY ONCE, to NEVER go there again. I even wonder if the tape has an odor because I noticed she comes up and sniffs but doesn't touch it. I have taped the cassette to my chair, office chair, desktop computer only in select spots that I know has attempted to jump back in time. The tape is THIN and transparent. It's also quite sticky on both sides. Let me give you one more very HELPFUL tip: try putting crates on chairs you don't want your cat to sit on. That works fine too. Once they see that the chair is occupied by a large box that cannot be climbed, they will not attempt to jump onto the chair.
