I liked that it allows me access from anywhere since i can check in through my phone or laptop! It's easy to learn how everything functions especially when you have someone there that will walk you step by step as needed so they are always available if something goes wrong but even then their team helps solve problems quickly whenever we get stuck along the process! Nothing really not anything at least yet because this product has been out only about 3 months now but seems like every time that i need help the support staff responds immediately within minutes which makes solving our problems very simple! So far nothing bad just wish there was some way to easily share projects between multiple people without everyone having access to all documents including drawings etc would be nice instead maybe allow users to work separate files instead like dropbox does sometimes? This solves a lot of issues where one person doesnt know what another member needs to see which saves valuable communication time and also cuts down on mistakes due to miscommunication. It's easy to create projects that are manageable by multiple people without getting bogged down in detail work. If you want something simple there it can be very helpful but if your looking for detailed reporting or cost estimating this isn't what I would recommend. Great product for small organizations where managing several contractors at one time makes sense. We have been able to easily manage our subcontractors while keeping track of costs through out all phases of each jobs life cycle.
