My dining table glass has broken on 2 corners and I cannot get a new glass at the moment. I like my table decorated too, but my kids are sloppy eaters, so I wanted a clear protective film on my table that would be easy to clean and wouldn't rip or rip off the jagged edges of the glass. It does the job and I couldn't be happier! Included is a picture of what would have been on my beautiful white treadless tablecloth and a few Thanksgiving dinner items on the table. Cleaning was a breeze! I bought it a size too big in length, but I'd rather it be too long than not enough.
