This is a great product. I've been using it for several years. First, it's bleach. This is necessary for the actual work. It has become difficult to find hanging products that contain bleach. Then when I found a typical "cake" on a stick, it looked awful in use, the cake was destroyed and crumbled. It looked dirty. BUT THIS product still looks decent, almost decorative in the bowl. 2 plastic balls with bleach and 2 more with surfactant fully release the contents. Only occasionally can you see some dry matter at the bottom edge of the plastic. So hang it where it's really visible. And it really does the job of keeping the cup "clean" between cleanings (yes, you really should). And it makes cleaning easier. A notice. If, as sometimes happens, there is not much left in the bleach ball or surfactant ball, hang it on the other side when you insert a new one. Why spend? Then, after a few days or a week, throw away the empty one.
