Good toothpaste, terrible tube.

Pasta is good, but what about the hat?! Returning the hat is not that easy. My son lost it twice because it's so hard to put on he shoots all over the bathroom trying to put it on. I noticed this both times after storing the tube in a ziplock bag for several days. I thought there was some sort of base I could buy that would make sense, but I can't find it anywhere online. Fix the lid situation and I will buy it again.
