The product is excellent overall, the size of the case is slightly larger than a golf ball, it is easy to carry and compact. The earphone fits snugly in my ear and is very comfortable. Its noise cancellation is fine. If you fit snugly, you may hear some external noise, but at a reduced volume. The buttons are quite responsive. I'm having trouble with multiclicks, but I think with a little practice I should be able to get it right. Overall, this is great headphone sound, but the mic sounds muffled due to some calls I've made. The Bluetooth connection was fast. The charging case holds a charge and has indicators on the front. Turns off when fully charged. The eyes will light up when loading and flicker when the buds aren't quite seated. There's a small red light on the bottom to indicate it's charging, but it's hard to see. Comes with Type-C charging cable and different sized headphones. Also, the instructions were in English and pretty clear for a Chinese product. Another annoyance is the volume control, it keeps cranking the volume up, but I haven't found a way to turn it down with the earbud. Being round, it stands fairly level on flat surfaces, but loses balance when opened. It's weighted, so it wobbles like a punching bag, but it can roll.
