I was so sad I lost my Fitbit One! I didn't want to buy a wrist tracker, but now I use the Alta HR. For me, wrist trackers count LOTS of extra steps. For example, if I'm teaching, I might have 2,000 extra steps (compared to what I would get with my Fitbit 1 pedometer or phone, based on past averages and noticing the extra steps while I'm in class). I didn't think it would be possible to use a heart rate monitor with it, but it works for me (I wear it on my bra). The clip fits snugger to your clothing than the clip that came with the Fitbit One, so I'm more confident I won't lose it. I'm so glad I found this!
