I am amazed at all the negative reviews written by people who didn't read the instructions. This product is for BROWN hair. No highlights, no highlights, no ash blonde. Persons. Brown hair. I have medium/medium dark brown hair that had VERY copper red tips when I dyed it a year ago and only a few shades of red that I hate. I put it on for five minutes and it was MAGIC. 90% of the copper redness has disappeared. It also gave all my hair a gorgeous deep ash brown shade. Fabulous. I have a few gray hairs here and there and can confirm that this conditioner leaves a very slight blue cast on them. I think it's cute and will probably wash it off soon anyway. Highly recommended!
