Don't forget the silicone grease
This is my first water filter to come into my house in about 3 years. It works well. I've never had to clean the bottom grilles in faucets or showerheads. I change every 6 months. A note: buy silicone grease to lubricate the seal every time you change the filter. I haven't been there and my last filter change had a leak I couldn't figure out. I've never had any problems with numerous filter changes so far. I took silicone grease (as recommended) and applied it to the gasket. The problem is solved. A filter is highly recommended.
